What is the turnaround time for my DTF order?
Most orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I prepare my artwork for printing?
For the best results, please upload your files in PNG format with a transparent background at 300 DPI. Ensure your colors are in CMYK mode to avoid unexpected color shifts.
What kind of fabrics can I apply DTF transfers to?
Kingdom DTF transfers work on a wide variety of materials, including 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, and even leather or canvas.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or returns?
Since our transfers are custom-printed with your unique designs, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
How do I press my DTF transfers?
We recommend using a heat press at 300°F - 320°F for 12-15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the film to cool completely before peeling (Cold Peel), then press again for 5 seconds with a protective sheet.
Are your transfers durable enough for heavy washing?
Yes, our high-quality inks and TPU powder ensure that transfers can withstand 50+ wash cycles without cracking or fading, provided you follow the recommended care instructions.
