DTF Cleaning Solution (Cleaning, Flush, Wet Cap) for Epson Printheads
This Cleaning Solution is formulated to effectively clean, flush, and hydrate Epson printheads and ink lines.
It can be used for short-term wet capping (1–3 days), manual flushing with a syringe, or in refillable cartridges to run automated cleaning cycles.
How to Use
● Fill refillable cartridges with this solution and run up to 2–3 cleaning cycles
● Or flush manually using a syringe and tubing
● Safe for Epson printheads, ink lines, dampers, and capping stations
● You can Apply 2–4 ml directly into the capping station using a syringe.
Daily Maintenance Tip
At the end of each workday, it is recommended to wet-cap the printhead to keep it moisturized and prevent drying, especially when working with DTF or DTG inks.
Short-term wet capping helps reduce clogs, improve nozzle performance, and extend printhead life.
PRO TIP
For stubborn clogs:
● Mix the cleaning solution with distilled water
● Gently warm the mixture (not boiling)
● Use it to soak the printhead area — never submerge the entire carriage
● Perform both a regular flush and a reverse flush while warm for faster recovery
Be patient; deep clogs may require more than one cycle.
WARNING: Avoid getting any electronics wet.
